Feeling like shit

Things are particularly bad today and I don’t know why. Can’t get this feeling of heaviness in my chest out of me. And I want to die. But I can’t tell anyone that and I can’t talk to anyone about it because I don’t want to seem attention seeking and I don’t wanna be a burden and all my friends are probably busy anyways. So I’m just going to lay in bed quietly in the dark and hope this feeling passes soon.

  1. Talk to me, okay? You’re not a burden. Tell me what’s wrong because you’re not going through this alone. You can’t lift that weight off of you sometimes by yourself. And even if I CAN’T help, I’ll always listen.

  3. You’re NOT a burden, trust me. You’re anything but. You’re not alone in the way you’re feeling, and you will get over it because you’re so strong, do you know that? Things will get better, sending lots of hugs xx
